Careers Privacy Statement

FSI’s Careers Center is committed to providing its users good privacy practices regarding electronic personal information.

Information collected by our in-house systems is used to provide and tailor services to our users, as well as to contact them for career opportunities they have declare interest in, by submitting respective career contact forms on the Site.

Data collected by the Career Center for in-house systems are stored in a secure SQL server, in encrypted form, at the Career Center. These systems use "cookies" and some collect system information such as IP address and browser versions.

Collection and access to this information is controlled by FSI and protected in compliance with the GDPR. Job listing and recruiting procedures are provided by FSI and its team, while all applicants’ data are deleted after finalization of the recruitment procedure.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which We collect and use your personal data. Our legitimate interests are the recruitment of staff for Our business.

We collect data either directly to our HR or via third party platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor). You are not required to provide requested information, but failing to do so could result in ending the assessment process of your candidacy, if we fail to continue with your assessment.

Where we store your Personal Data

In accordance with the available methods of application, We receive and collect your data via email; We use the Google Workspace Suite, therefore your personal data is stored in Google Data Centers, and in accordance with Google’s privacy and security protocols.
The data that We collect from you and process during recruitment may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the locations of aforementioned Google Data Centers, or the UK, or the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK or the EEA who work outside Our company’s registered locations. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.
In particular, your data may be accessible to i) FSI’s staff in the USA or ii) may be stored by FSI’s hosting service provider on servers in the USA as well as in the EU. The USA does not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEA.

How long we keep your Personal Data

We will hold all the data for an indefinite period, and until we receive a request from you in writing to delete the data.
